These terms apply when you book a session through this site with CasLovesTech LLC ("CasLovesTech," "I" or "me"). By booking, you agree to them.

Sessions and pricing

A discovery call is 15 minutes and costs $99. A work session costs $379 and is 60 minutes, or 45 minutes if you've already had a discovery call. Payment is due when you book. Sessions take place on Zoom and end at the scheduled time. If there's more to do, you're welcome to book another one.

Rescheduling and refunds

You're welcome to reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Refunds are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. After that, you can still reschedule, but sessions aren't refundable, and there's no refund if you don't show up. If I need to cancel, you can choose a full refund or a new time.

Working in your systems

You're responsible for having permission to share any accounts or documents you bring to a session, and for keeping your own backups. Please don't share more access or sensitive information than the work needs.

What to expect

I'll bring care and skill to our time together, but I can't guarantee a specific result. Sessions are technology help and aren't legal, tax or financial advice.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for any claim related to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Partner work

Demos, test drives, beta tests, features and partnerships are arranged separately. These booking terms don't cover them.
