This page explains what CasLovesTech LLC ("CasLovesTech," "I" or "me") collects through this site and what happens with it.

What I collect

• When you book: your name, email address, what you want help with, and your appointment details.
• When you pay: Stripe handles your payment. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach this site. I can see that a payment was made and basic details such as the amount.
• When you send a partner inquiry: your name, work email, company, website, interest and message.

How I use it

I use your information to schedule and hold your session, take payment, send confirmations and reminders, handle changes and refunds, respond to inquiries, and keep required business records. I don't sell your information, and booking or sending an inquiry doesn't add you to a mailing list.

Who helps run this

Your information is shared only as needed with the services that run this site: Stripe (payments), Google Calendar (scheduling), Zoom (video meetings), Resend (email), Adobe Fonts (the site's heading font, which your browser loads from Adobe) and Render (hosting and database). I may also share information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

Partner inquiries are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted unless we're working together. Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

To ask about, correct or delete your information, email hello@caslovestech.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.

Changes

If this page changes, the updated version will appear here with a new effective date.
